This is the Benson I had mentioned previously. Having been with me since the latter half of primary school with a B grade and moving on to an A in PSLE, he had since gone on from struggling with the A LOT MORE challenging Secondary 1 Express English requirements (compared to PSLE and being in Chun Cheng High-Main Branch) to the present achievements in Sec 2, Term 1 :
- school argumentative essay - 20/30 - highest in class
- common test 2 (argumentative essay - 20.5/30 - highest in class

To my new English students who have been with me for less than 2 months, PRESS ON! Your time will come! Remember that unlike Maths and Sciences where improvements come quickly because the contents are more objective, it takes awhile with English Language! Focus on MAKING THE CHANGES and NOT THE RESULTS (like Benson, Russell and all my previous students had done!) and THE IMPROVEMENTS WILL FOLLOW!

Hi Stanley. Russell did well for Lit. A2 for overall school level...This SJI kid came to me late last year having just passed Lit with a C6 grade and this year, the challenge is upped by megatrons because the text is Julius Caesar, the unabridged version by the Bard himself, William Shakespeare. To see him progress so far is a blessing indeed!

Changes and improvements to English Language take time. Focus on making posituve changes and developing the right skills. The results will eventually follow! All my previous students (click on the archive link - REWIND - where the specific months are to check out their results for yourself!) are proud testaments of this fact!
