He came in today all excited to share with me his findings with his dad on the intrguing history of ISIS, especially how the world tends to paint the middle east with one stereotype stroke of the "muslims" and ignore the individual ethnic groups that exist and he even gave me a crash course on the Ottoman (correct spelling?) empire. This came the day after I did a lesson on the Paris massacre and its implications on Racial Harmony. I am so so so proud of his inquisitive attitude despite struggling with a learning disability. And by the way, he is only in Sec.1
